Field Supervisor – Technical Services

About the role

Supervise and coordinate technicians’ field interventions while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will ensure proper planning, technical support, and performance tracking for a range of energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret data reports and recommend actions; support technicians in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Supervise on‑site interventions, coordinate with customers, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Provide technical advice to customers and lead audits (technical, safety, tooling).
• Manage inventory, monitor KPIs, and act as backup for the Maintenance Manager.
• Contribute to business development and negotiate pricing with subcontractors.

Required profile

• Experience supervising field technicians in an industrial or energy‑related environment.
• Strong customer‑facing skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with capability to manage data collection and analysis.

Required skills

• Engine data analysis (oil analysis, power generation data).
• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of equipment.
• Inventory and stock management.
• KPI and performance dashboard monitoring.
