Field Services Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Field Services Engineer to provide technical support for the Maglumi in‑vitro diagnostic platform across the region. You will work closely with sales teams, local distributors and end‑users to ensure the system operates reliably and meets performance expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with regional sales and distributors to enhance end‑user satisfaction.
• Deliver online and on‑site technical support for the Maglumi system, ensuring proper functionality.
• Promote optimal reagent parameters and improve reagent consumption per analyzer.
• Gather installation data, maintain relationships with reference customers, and follow up on their needs.
• Provide service training to local engineers and support their technical skill development.
• Manage reagent and spare‑part applications for distributors, handle returns and address complaints promptly.
• Perform additional tasks as required by Snibe.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IVD sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
• Preferred experience with total laboratory automation (biochemistry & immunology).
• Strong communication skills and a diligent work ethic.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with the Maglumi diagnostic system.
• Knowledge of IVD equipment and laboratory automation processes.
• Reagent management and troubleshooting.
