Facility Officer – Office Management & Safety

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Facility Officer to manage day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This onsite position will coordinate services, oversee vendors, and support sustainability and security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise facility management services and external providers.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring contractual compliance and timely delivery.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
• Oversee access control, badge management, workplace security, and safety programs.
• Support emergency preparedness, evacuations, and health‑safety initiatives.
• Manage daily operations such as cleaning, reception, workspace allocation, and internal moves.
• Track utility consumption and contribute to cost‑optimization efforts.
• Control stationery and pantry supplies, and coordinate meeting‑room preparation and visitor hospitality.
• Promote sustainability through waste‑reduction and recycling programs.
• Assist with facility‑related procurement and local workplace projects.

Required profile

• Technical, administrative, or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management or workplace operations.
• Proven experience managing external vendors and multiple services.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with a focus on quality.
• Ability to stay calm and effective during emergencies.
• Professional level of English.
• High reliability, discretion, and accountability.
