Facilities Supervisor

About the role

Join Transcom as a Facilities Supervisor! Be on the front line of operational excellence for our team and deliver impactful work on a company level.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance and technical operations across hard services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems) in close coordination with internal technicians and external vendors.
• Drive safety and compliance by ensuring strict adherence to HSE standards, leading emergency response plans, and managing evacuation drills and safety training certifications.
• Oversee site soft services and workplace experience, monitoring cleaning operations, security protocols, pest control, and waste management to maintain a top‑tier office appearance.
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements, tracking SLA compliance and quality for specialised maintenance, transport/shuttle services, and facility contractors.
• Maintain administrative and inventory excellence, tracking soft‑service assets, handling stock thresholds, and delivering clear status reports to Site and Facility Managers.

Required profile

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level (CEFR) and native language at a C2 level.
• Technical diploma or university degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, hard services, or supervising technical teams, with at least one year in a similar facilities role (BPO sector is a plus).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – intermediate proficiency.
• Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides) – intermediate proficiency.
