Exploitation Coordinator

About the role

The Exploitation Coordinator assists the Supervisor in maintaining operational performance and reliability of customer equipment. The role involves independent data collection, analysis, and communication to ensure timely maintenance actions and support regional planning.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse engine‑related data (oil analysis, power generation data, daily reports) and communicate findings to customers.
• Interpret operational data to determine maintenance actions, support troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Manage technical issues, escalating major concerns when necessary.
• Develop maintenance schedules, spare‑parts requirements and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
• Organise major maintenance operations exceeding 2,000 hours, including procurement and logistics.
• Monitor and update KPI and performance dashboards, and prepare regular reports.
• Support the Regional Manager in annual maintenance planning and deputise during their absence.
• Contribute to business development by reporting regional activities and proposing technical solutions.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and coordinate with supervisors, regional managers and subcontractors.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, prioritize interventions and propose appropriate solutions.
