About the role
The Expert Technician Quality Laboratory will support the Cutting Area by ensuring daily processes run smoothly and maintaining high quality standards. This role involves requalification of equipment, analysis of micrographs, and compliance with quality norms within a fast‑moving automotive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Release the daily process in the Cutting Area.
- Perform requalification of applicators according to internal procedure (AA3117), including ultrasonic welding combinations and splice voltage‑drop resistance.
- Ensure CMK, CPK and SPC studies for production equipment and processes.
- Elaborate and evaluate micrographs, perform equipment calibration, and maintain the document registry.
- Validate requalification of manual applicators, cutting and crimping machines, and conduct microsections for complaint analysis.
Required profile
- University degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality laboratory or related field.
Required skills
- Ultrasonic welding.
- SPC (Statistical Process Control) analysis.
- Equipment calibration.
- Micrograph analysis.
