Expert Quality Audits & Methods

About the role

The Expert Quality Audits & Methods will lead internal and external quality audits at the facility level, ensuring compliance with automotive standards, safety and environmental regulations. The role also drives the implementation of best‑practice methods across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for internal QM and external audit certifications (QM & SHE) within the production facility.
• Plan, execute and follow‑up internal audit plans, verifying compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and local regulations.
• Maintain auditor qualifications and manage re‑qualifications according to LEONI and customer requirements.
• Identify, present and evaluate lessons learned and best practices with the Quality Operations team.
• Develop and deliver training programs aligned with the global qualification matrix and local regulations.
• Coach staff on quality tools such as 8D, QRQC, PDCA, QIP, PPAP, AQP, PFMEA, MSA and organize quality contests.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong social and intercultural sensitivity, change‑management and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with quality tools: 8D, QRQC, PDCA, QIP, PPAP, AQP, PFMEA, MSA.
• Knowledge of automotive standards: IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
• Experience with FMEA methodology.
