Expert Production Technology

About the role

We are looking for an Expert Production Technology to join our manufacturing team and drive the implementation of the LEONI Operating System across our production facilities. You will play a key role in establishing equipment parameters, creating work instructions, and supporting the Production Maintenance team to minimise downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the LEONI Operating System in the production environment.
• Define and document parameters for production equipment during product changes and new introductions.
• Create and maintain local work instructions for machine operation.
• Coach and train the Production Maintenance team on equipment maintenance best practices.
• Support the team in solving critical equipment issues and manage unplanned downtime.
• Coordinate equipment ordering, commissioning, and release in collaboration with other departments.
• Lead improvement initiatives targeting setup time, scrap, and rework.
• Define spare‑parts stock levels and manage equipment lifecycle documentation.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production Technology or a similar field.
• Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven change‑management and result‑orientation abilities.
• Motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict‑management and teamwork skills.
