Expert Financial Controller

About the role

LEONI is seeking an Expert Financial Controller to join its Tunisia team. You will be the key partner for project performance measurement, ensuring accurate financial calculations from the initial request for quotation (RFQ) through to end‑of‑production (EOP). This role supports project managers and accounting functions to drive profitability and risk‑aware decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Measure and report project performance, including profitability analysis and loss provisions.
• Prepare and validate project calculations from RFQ to series production.
• Collect, challenge, and consolidate input from cross‑functional teams.
• Advise project managers on financial risks and changes.
• Consolidate project P&L statements into overall account P&Ls.
• Act as the controlling hub for all functions, interfacing with accounting and functional controlling.
• Maintain and develop standard calculation parameters, methods, and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling.
• University degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Strong social and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proactive change management and result‑orientation.
• High motivation, resilience, and self‑organization.
• Effective conflict management and teamwork abilities.
