Expert en communication

About the role

NTU International is recruiting a non‑principal Communication Expert for an EU‑funded project that aims to strengthen the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role will support the design and delivery of strategic communication actions that promote a better understanding of the EU‑Morocco partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans tailored to the Moroccan context.
• Create, adapt and disseminate multilingual communication materials (French, Arabic/Darija, English).
• Manage media relations and coordinate press activities.
• Support public and cultural diplomacy events and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with EU delegations and partner organisations to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communication, public relations, marketing or related field (minimum BAC+3).
• Fluency in French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in institutional or project communication (or 6 years if no degree).
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting EU‑funded or international communication initiatives.
