About the role

NTU International is building a team of non‑key experts for a new EU‑funded project that aims to boost the visibility of the European Union in Morocco through strategic communication, public diplomacy, and cultural and sports initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that enhance EU visibility in Morocco.
• Coordinate public diplomacy, cultural and sports activities aligned with EU objectives.
• Produce multilingual content (French, Arabic, English) for various channels.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including EU delegations, local partners, and media.
• Monitor media coverage and evaluate the impact of communication actions.
• Support event planning and execution to promote EU‑Morocco partnership.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum BAC+3) in International Relations, Political Science, Communication, Cultural Management or a related field; alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Fluent French; knowledge of Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English is an asset.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in public diplomacy, international cooperation, cultural or sports project management, or public communication.
• Minimum 1 year of specific experience supporting EU visibility or similar projects.
