About the role

The Executive Pastry Chef leads the bake and pastry team at Four Seasons Tunis, ensuring superior quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction across all pastry and bakery offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the pastry team, fostering Four Seasons culture and service standards.
• Collaborate on menu planning and development, maintaining exceptional preparation, presentation, and quality.
• Manage labor costs, scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and hygiene compliance with Four Seasons policies and local regulations.
• Implement quality‑assurance controls, purchasing specifications, and continuous‑improvement processes.

Required profile

• College degree in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of senior culinary/food‑and‑beverage leadership experience, specializing in pastry design and creation.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of culinary production equipment and tools.
• Proficiency with food‑and‑beverage computer systems and general computer operation.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
