Executive Housekeeper

About the role

Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service and handle all guest requests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with Four Seasons’ policies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Talent Excellence by recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing a high‑performing housekeeping team, including third‑party service providers.
• Manage department operations & costs by optimizing labor, supplies, and operational expenses while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead performance and team engagement through coaching, performance management, regular feedback, staff meetings, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure exceptional quality standards by overseeing inspections of guestrooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Drive operational efficiency and asset management by maintaining inventories, safeguarding equipment, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
• Partner across departments to deliver seamless support, respond to operational needs, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
• Oversee housekeeping administration & compliance by maintaining accurate records, payroll documentation, and operational reports.
• Shape strategic department success by developing budgets, managing capital improvement plans, and leading the department through change, emergencies, and special projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience in a luxury hotel, resort or upscale hospitality environment.
• Proven experience managing large teams, budgets, inventory and service quality standards.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to build strong relationships across departments.
• Strong commitment to maintaining luxury hospitality standards, conducting inspections and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to control labor costs, operating expenses and departmental budgets.
