EPM Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced EPM Manager to lead its Business Application Consulting practice focused on SAP Finance solutions. In this senior role you will guide client engagements, translate business needs into technical designs, and ensure successful delivery of finance transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP Finance implementation projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Analyse client requirements, design optimal financial processes and configure SAP Finance modules accordingly.
• Coach, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary consulting team, leveraging each member’s strengths.
• Manage performance, quality standards and timelines in partnership with senior leadership.
• Facilitate client communications, address conflicts, and conduct difficult conversations when necessary.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in consulting or finance transformation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link system components and business outcomes.
• Excellent client‑facing skills and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
