EPM Manager – Business Application Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced EPM Manager to lead its Business Application Consulting practice in Tunis. You will work with clients to analyse financial processes, implement SAP finance solutions and ensure seamless adoption across organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design SAP finance solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, execution and closure.
• Provide training, support and change‑management guidance to ensure successful integration.
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations.
• Partner with senior leadership to maintain quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations with stakeholders and escalate when necessary.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in consulting or professional services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to see system‑wide linkages.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
