About the role
The Enterprise Solution Lead will drive revenue growth for iFax by selling the platform to large U.S. healthcare organizations. The role blends enterprise account executive responsibilities with deep technical expertise in integrations, APIs, AI‑driven workflows, and healthcare automation.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end enterprise healthcare sales cycles, from discovery to pricing and deal strategy.
- Position iFax as a workflow platform, not just a fax solution, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Lead technical discovery on APIs, webhooks, EMR/EHR integrations, and automation use cases.
- Present AI‑powered data extraction, NLP document processing, and data enrichment capabilities to prospects.
- Address HIPAA and security expectations during procurement and security reviews.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure integration feasibility.
Required profile
- 6–8+ years in enterprise AE or solutions architect roles within healthcare SaaS.
- Proven experience selling to U.S. healthcare organizations.
- Ability to manage complex deals and discuss technical details such as APIs and AI workflows.
- Commercially sharp, comfortable carrying a quota, and thinks in workflows rather than features.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and BaseCamp project management.
