English Speaker Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Lead Generation Specialist to clean and enrich our CRM data, source high‑potential leads and support our sales and marketing teams. You will play a key part in building a strong pipeline for our RegTech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of CRM records.
• Source leads across multiple channels and target markets.
• Enrich lead profiles with relevant business and contact information.
• Qualify and score leads to prioritize high‑potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align lead‑generation objectives.
• Track and report on lead‑generation performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, creative and self‑motivated.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Interest in sales and business development.
• Familiarity with sales processes is a plus.
