English Language Coach – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

Wall Street English Tunisia is seeking an enthusiastic English Language Coach to join its on‑site team in Tunis. You will work in a fully immersive English‑speaking environment, helping learners of all ages achieve their language goals through practical coaching and personalized support.

Key responsibilities

• Guide learners toward their English language objectives using interactive, small‑group sessions.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust lessons accordingly.
• Participate in the organization of communication and networking workshops.
• Manage class schedules and handle related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Proven expertise in English language instruction, especially speaking and listening.
• Ability to personalize coaching and adapt lessons to each learner.
• Organizational skills for tracking progress and providing regular feedback.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Energetic, positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Recent graduate eligible for a CIVP contract and an excellent command of English.
