Engineering Business Leader

About the role

The Engineering Business Leader will be based on‑site in Tunis and will drive business growth while overseeing engineering activities across key industrial sectors. This full‑time position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on technical oversight to ensure solutions meet client needs and company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate system integration projects.
• Manage client relationships, prepare and review proposals, and support contract negotiations.
• Monitor project performance against cost, quality, safety, and schedule targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities and develop business plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management practices.

Required profile

• Strong engineering background in oil, gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Proven business leadership experience, including strategic planning and business development.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating engineering, operations, and commercial functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; Arabic or French a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related field; MBA is a plus.
