Engineer – Oil & Gas Technical Solutions

About the role

The Engineer will work full‑time on‑site in Tunis, supporting the design, implementation and optimisation of technical solutions for oil, gas, energy and industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Perform engineering analyses, calculations and system design.
• Prepare technical drawings, documentation and reports.
• Participate in system integration, commissioning and field work.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, regulatory and industry standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in engineering principles and methods.
• Experience with industrial projects in oil, gas, energy or related sectors.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with safety standards, quality management practices and relevant regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with common engineering and productivity software; CAD or simulation tools are a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work on‑site in Tunis and coordinate with multicultural teams.
