Electrical Construction Engineer – Site Manager (Togo)

About the role

We are mobilising a specialist team for a major infrastructure and electrical works project in Togo. The primary vacancy is for a Site Manager (Resident) who will lead daily on‑site operations and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities for electrical construction, coordinating with civil works and distribution equipment teams.
• Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and resources to meet project schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) protocols.
• Monitor progress, report status to project leadership, and resolve technical or logistical issues.
• Collaborate with the Project Director, Works Supervisors, and other resident roles to align on project objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience with a Bac+5/MSc degree, or 15 years with a Bac+2 qualification.
• At least 3‑5 successfully completed similar infrastructure or electrical projects.
• Bac+5 or MSc in Electromechanics, Electricity, or an equivalent recognised diploma.
• Fluency in French for professional communication.
