eCommerce Merchandising Operations Specialist (Remote, Tunisia)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Merchandising team, managing and enhancing the front‑end content of our eCommerce site. The role is fully remote and based in Tunisia, offering the chance to shape customer experiences across a fast‑moving online platform.

Key responsibilities

• Switch between multiple toolsets daily to execute site changes and build pages from scratch using components provided by designers.
• Launch new products by creating full customer flows, from product setup through the merchandising experience.
• Set up and run site experiments using Contentful to test and optimise customer journeys.
• Communicate tool functionality, limitations and alternative solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prioritise work based on effort versus deadline, manage workload and deliver projects on time within an agile squad.
• Escalate issues with contextual information and own bug resolution with the Global Operations team.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trainings and documentation, contributing as an active team member.
