About the role
Ericsson is looking for a Domain Sales Manager to lead Cloud Software and Services (CSS) sales across the EMEA region. You will partner with the Key Account Management organization to grow the portfolio, shape customer visions, and turn strategic opportunities into revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic CSS opportunities and manage presales engagements.
- Create and maintain a robust sales funnel for the EMEA market.
- Influence customer strategy, deliver value, and identify new business opportunities through consultative engagements.
- Consistently achieve or exceed defined sales targets.
- Prepare and submit CSS offers, acting as a CSR on key deals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the presales team.
Required profile
- University degree in Business or Engineering.
- 5‑7 years of sales or pre‑sales experience in telecom or related domains.
- Multi‑domain competence across Core Networks, Cloud, Network Management & Automation, BSS/OSS, Monetization, Core Commerce and Orchestration.
- Deep knowledge of TMForum Open Digital Architecture.
- Strong consulting skills and proven ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities at senior level.
- Experience driving upsell opportunities and developing expansion plans for an installed base.
