About the role
MiralDrive is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation activities in Khezama, Sousse. The role involves managing drivers, vehicles, and routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate drivers, vehicles, and daily routes.
- Monitor trips and ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate with drivers and customers.
- Handle delays and unexpected situations.
- Update and track trip information.
Required profile
- Organized, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
