Director of Public Relations and Marketing

About the role

The Director of Public Relations and Marketing will lead the strategic communications and marketing agenda for Four Seasons’ beachfront property in Tunisia. Reporting to the Commercial Director, this senior leader will shape brand positioning, drive commercial impact and safeguard the property’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the PR and Marketing team, fostering collaboration and high‑quality execution.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships with Operations, Sales, Revenue Management and Finance to align messaging with commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate commercial teams to integrate property initiatives into broader brand campaigns.
• Act as the property’s positioning champion, ensuring consistent awareness and engagement across all employees.
• Develop and execute the annual PR and Marketing strategy, including media relations, reputation management, crisis communications, social and influencer engagement, and digital performance marketing (paid media and SEO).

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in public relations and marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to translate brand equity initiatives into measurable commercial results.
