Director of Catering

About the role

The Director of Catering will support the Catering Managers and senior leadership in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences at Four Seasons Resort Tunisia. This role involves administrative oversight of the catering planning process, coordination of internal meetings, and backup support for the Conference Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls following Four Seasons standards, handling overflow for Sales & Marketing, Food & Beverage, and the Executive Office.
• Prepare accurate written correspondence, including letters, contracts, reports, banquet event orders, schedules, printed menus, and emails using MS Word, Delphi, Crystal Reports, and Lotus Notes.
• Maintain Delphi accounts, update bookings, manage the function diary, and generate Banquet Event Orders.
• Facilitate internal Four Seasons Resort meeting programs under the guidance of the Catering Sales Manager.
• Distribute catering correspondence to resort operating departments, such as amenity cards, resumes, and banquet event orders.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for catering files, program evaluation databases, and master binders.

Required profile

• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal departments and external partners.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Experience with Delphi software.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports.
• Familiarity with Lotus Notes.
