About the role

NTU International is recruiting a Director of Event Production for an EU‑funded project aimed at enhancing the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The role will lead the planning, execution and coordination of institutional, cultural and professional events linked to the project.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full production cycle of events, from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate logistics, venues, technical equipment and service providers.
• Ensure that each event aligns with the strategic communication objectives of the EU‑Morocco partnership.
• Manage budgets, timelines and quality standards for all event activities.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+4) in event management, communication, cultural project management, audiovisual or related field.
• Fluent French; Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English are advantageous.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in event production, institutional or cultural event organization, and vendor coordination. If the educational level is below BAC+4, a minimum of 10 years experience is required.
