About the role

The European Union‑funded project “Support for visibility, strategic communication, public and cultural diplomacy of the EU in Morocco” is seeking an Artistic Director to lead the visual concept and design of its communication campaigns. The role will be based within NTU International’s expert team working on enhancing EU visibility across Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Define and oversee the artistic direction for all project communication materials.
• Develop visual identities, branding guidelines and multimedia assets for campaigns.
• Coordinate with communication, media and public‑diplomacy specialists to ensure consistent visual messaging.
• Manage the production of graphics, videos, social‑media visuals and printed collateral.
• Ensure that all visual outputs respect EU standards and are adapted to the Moroccan context.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (minimum BAC+4) in graphic design, visual communication, advertising or related field – or at least 10 years professional experience if the degree is not held.
• Fluent French; Arabic, Moroccan Darija and English are assets.
• Minimum 5 years of general experience in artistic direction, graphic design or visual communication.
• At least 3 years of specific experience leading multimedia campaign design and visual identity projects.
