About the role

TikTak PRO, a SaaS e‑commerce platform serving merchants across the Maghreb, is looking for a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist. This hands‑on role covers the full marketing spectrum, from content creation to automation, and is ideal for a fast learner who wants to make a tangible impact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging visual and video content for social media platforms.
• Write, design, and dispatch email marketing campaigns.
• Set up and manage marketing automations, including WhatsApp, email, and workflow sequences.
• Maintain the content and publishing calendar.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results, and propose optimisation ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to shape the overall content strategy.

Required profile

• Curious, self‑driven, and eager to learn quickly.
• Strong writing ability in English and/or French/Arabic.
• Some experience with content creation, social media, or automation through studies, personal projects, or internships.
• Motivation and talent are valued over an extensive CV.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Canva for graphic design.
• Experience or willingness to learn Meta Business Suite.
