Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Kiffcom is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Tunis office. You will plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns that support both client and company growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social, search, email and display channels.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
• Develop online marketing assets such as copy, graphics and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse web analytics data and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing tactics with business goals.
• Support international digital initiatives and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and online marketing, with a track record of planning multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong social media marketing expertise, including content creation, community management and platform optimisation.
• Ability to use web analytics tools to track performance, interpret data and make data‑driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
