DevOps Lead

About the role

The DevOps Lead will bridge software development, QA, operations, and security teams to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient software. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, manage Azure cloud environments, and drive system reliability and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment lifecycle for applications and services.
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests and deployments.
• Automate workflows using scripting and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Manage Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Monitor performance, availability and health across environments.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure secure deployments.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure and application issues in production and staging.
• Support microservices, containerised applications and related databases, queuing and logging solutions.
• Implement security, backup, disaster‑recovery and compliance best practices.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes administration and GitOps deployments.
• Ability to work off‑hours for critical production issues.
• Proactive attitude toward emerging tools and industry trends.
