Développeur IA – Change & Adoption

About the role

The AI Developer will join PwC’s Change & Adoption IA team in Tunis, helping business units adopt Microsoft AI and digital solutions (Copilot‑first). The role focuses on driving usage, adoption and delivering measurable value for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support change management and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Implement and promote the use of Microsoft Copilot across business processes.
• Design low‑code solutions using Copilot Studio.
• Automate business processes with Power Automate.
• Provide functional and technical support to business teams.
• Contribute to AI proof‑of‑concepts and MVPs oriented toward real‑world usage.
• Participate in training activities and promote AI culture within the organization.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Passion for low‑code/no‑code development.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Functional understanding of AI solutions.
• Operational contributor role with strong business exposure, working under supervision while progressively gaining autonomy.
