Dermatologist (Contract, On-site in Tunis)

About the role

RITEJ, a retail company expanding into healthcare services, is seeking a qualified Dermatologist to join its on‑site team in Tunis. This contract position involves delivering professional skin, hair and nail care to clients, ensuring high‑quality clinical outcomes within a retail‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnose a wide range of dermatologic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medical and cosmetic therapies.
• Perform minor dermatologic procedures as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Provide counseling on acne management, cosmetic dermatology options, and preventive skin‑care practices.
• Document all clinical encounters accurately and maintain up‑to‑date patient records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to ensure a consistent client experience.

Required profile

• Medical degree with specialization in Dermatology and valid licensure or eligibility to practice in Tunis.
• Proven experience in clinical dermatology or cosmetic practice, preferably in a client‑facing or retail setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain treatment plans clearly.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
