Demand Planner

About the role

The Demand Planner will be responsible for managing sales forecasts, monitoring product availability, and ensuring that sales, marketing, and production targets are met. This role works closely with distributors, factories, and internal stakeholders to align supply with market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update sales forecasts in the LG system for LG products.
• Monitor sales allocation, product availability, and address shortages to optimise performance.
• Maintain PSI information for each distributor, covering purchasing, sell‑out, inventory and in‑transit stock.
• Track sell‑out performance and keep data aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare MDS, price registration and order documentation to support PO issuance.
• Coordinate shipment status with factories and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Support overall sales, supply and inventory coordination to minimise risks and achieve targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or related SCM roles.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management and S&OP processes.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities to interpret sales and market data.
• Fluency in French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using data reporting platforms.
