Delivery Project Manager Associate

About the role

Vneuron, a leading RegTech company, is seeking a Delivery Project Manager Associate to support project planning and coordination, track progress and risks, ensure clear stakeholder communication, maintain documentation, and help deliver high‑quality solutions through effective monitoring, collaboration, and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Coordinate project activities and ensure effective collaboration across teams
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks, and changes in scope, schedule, and budget
• Identify issues proactively and escalate when necessary
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and facilitate project meetings
• Support quality assurance, testing, and deployment activities
• Maintain project documentation and produce clear status reports

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, ideally in software or IT environments
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Comfortable using AI tools to support project planning, risk tracking, reporting automation, resource optimization, and productivity improvement
