Delivery Project Manager Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery Project Manager Associate to support planning, coordination and delivery of high‑quality solutions at Vneuron, a leading RegTech company. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to monitor progress, manage risks and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, defining scope, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across teams and facilitate effective collaboration.
• Monitor progress, milestones, risks and changes in scope, schedule and budget.
• Identify and proactively address issues, escalating when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and organize project meetings.
• Support quality assurance, testing and deployment activities.
• Maintain project documentation and produce clear status reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or coordination, preferably in software or IT environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for project planning, risk tracking, reporting automation and resource optimization.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
