Le Delivery Manager hispanophone pilote la livraison des projets et services chez Sopra HR Software, filiale de Sopra Steria, à Tunis.
Missions principales
- Assurer la relation client et comprendre ses besoins.
- Piloter plusieurs projets (planning, budget, KPI) et coordonner les équipes internes.
Profil recherché
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets (Agile, PMP) et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets complexes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership et négociation.
Compétences requises
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (JIRA, MS Project).
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux business et du contexte opérationnel.
