About the role
We are seeking a motivated Debt Recovery Advisor to join FINOPTI’s fast‑growing team in La Soukra, Ariana. The role offers a chance to learn the business from the ground up, gaining experience in collections, credit management and customer service while being rewarded for performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct debt collection activities and manage credit accounts.
- Provide high‑quality customer service and resolve payment issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payments.
- Identify opportunities for improving collection processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: prior management or supervisory experience.
