About the role

Join Regnology’s Global Support team as a Customer Support Specialist for its financial platforms. In this entry‑level position you will be the first point of contact for clients using regulatory banking, risk and tax software, providing timely assistance while contributing to a 24/7 Follow‑the‑Sun support model.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for clients, handling inquiries on business rules, configurations and report outputs.
• Analyze data discrepancies, reporting logic and system behavior using internal tools, configuration reviews and log analysis.
• Guide clients through issue resolution with clear, structured communication.
• Investigate regulatory calculation discrepancies and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for urgent support, ensuring smooth handover across regions.
• Support high‑priority incidents, maintaining internal documentation and communication.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives to improve support processes and product features.
• Help develop internal knowledge‑base content and client‑facing documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Information Management or a related field.
• Strong customer‑orientation and ability to work in a global, multicultural team.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and proficient English.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or outside regular business hours.
