Customer Support Agent

About the role

T7D Gaming is seeking a proactive Customer Support Agent to act as the primary liaison between the company and its external partners and users. Based in our Tunis office, you will manage high‑volume support tickets, build tracking systems from scratch, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and triage a large number of incoming support tickets across multiple channels.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards to monitor case status, response times, and resolution rates.
• Draft clear, professional correspondence in English and Arabic for external partners.
• Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to escalate and resolve app‑related or transactional issues.
• Sync and reconcile data exports/imports between internal and partner‑facing systems.
• Persistently follow up on open issues until full resolution, keeping all stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication in English and Arabic (French a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple tickets simultaneously.
• Self‑starter mindset, comfortable working independently and under pressure.
• Adaptable to evolving processes and willing to propose new tools or approaches.

Required skills

• Dashboard creation using spreadsheet formulas, filters, and AI‑assisted data organization.
• Experience with ticketing or issue‑tracking systems.
• Basic understanding of digital/gaming platforms and transaction systems.
• Proficiency in handling data export/import between systems (e.g., spreadsheets).
