Customer Success Manager

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager based in Tunis, you will help customers achieve measurable business outcomes and maximize the value of their Medius investment. You will drive satisfaction, adoption, and engagement across a mid‑touch book of accounts while preparing the ground for cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular cadence calls and Business Reviews, translating data into clear business outcomes and presenting product updates and KPIs.
• Prepare and maintain success plans, track progress, and identify opportunities for additional value, supporting account expansion.
• Monitor customer health, flag at‑risk accounts, and collaborate on mitigation plans.
• Analyze data to recommend automation and efficiency improvements, guide best‑practice configurations, and support test phases and go‑live of new features.

Required profile

• 1+ years in a customer‑facing role such as Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, Consulting or similar.
• Experience with accounts payable or spend management processes; SaaS/Cloud background is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
