Customer Success Manager – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Success Manager to own client relationships and drive long‑term satisfaction for users of the Parent™ platform. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in French and English to guide customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, handling communication in both English and French.
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure customers can effectively use the Parent™ system.
• Proactively engage clients to monitor health, usage, and achievement of their goals.
• Provide daily chat support, responding promptly to employee or customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with technical, product, and sales teams to resolve issues and open support tickets.
• Maintain accurate account data in the CRM and share feedback with cross‑functional teams.
• Support renewal and retention efforts by building trust‑based relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management or client‑relationship roles, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
