Customer Solutions Consultant

About the role

The Customer Solutions Consultant will qualify leads, analyse prospect needs, and craft technical‑functional proposals for Vneuron’s RegTech platform Reis RCS. You will prepare high‑quality proof‑of‑concepts, support negotiations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive market intelligence and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify leads and sales opportunities.
• Analyse prospects’ functional and technical requirements.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solution demonstrations.
• Participate in negotiations and Q&A sessions.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Strong IT background with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dynamic, proactive, curious, and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Clear, structured, and persuasive communicator.
• Experience in pre‑sales or IT solution sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of risk & compliance is a strong asset.
