Customer Solution Representative – French/English

About the role

As a Customer Solution Representative you will resolve moderate to complex technical issues for HP products, supporting both French‑ and English‑speaking customers. You will work independently, following established protocols while exercising judgment to ensure high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems through inbound calls, emails, and proactive notifications.
• Provide detailed product and service information, including warranty and entitlement details.
• Proactively identify potential issues and guide customers to prevent future problems.
• Collaborate with programmers, QA testers, and managers to ensure seamless project outcomes.
• Maintain trusted relationships across customer accounts and act as an escalation point for complex cases.
• Mentor team members, coordinate departmental work, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to defined processes.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience in technical support or a related field is preferred.
