Customer Solution Representative (French/English)

About the role

HP is seeking a bilingual Customer Solution Representative to provide technical assistance to French‑ and English‑speaking customers. You will resolve moderate to complex hardware and software issues, proactively guide customers, and ensure a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems of moderate to complex nature across hardware and software products.
• Deliver comprehensive responses to customer inquiries about services, specifications, warranties, and support entitlements.
• Proactively notify customers of potential issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including programmers, QA testers, and managers—to ensure seamless project outcomes.
• Maintain trusted relationships within customer accounts and act as an escalation point for unresolved issues.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to quality‑enhancement initiatives.
