Customer Service Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Bizerte site of Tech Power Electronics Group Tunisia. In this role you will manage customer relationships, monitor orders and ensure high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and process customer orders.
• Monitor customer forecasts and analyze demand variances.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Communicate order status and any potential delays to customers.
• Manage the order portfolio and track key performance indicators such as On‑Time Delivery (OTD).
• Update and maintain data accuracy in the ERP system.
• Anticipate risks and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, production, and finance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management or supply chain.
• Electrical engineering degree or related electrical/electronics engineering field.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, prioritization and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
