Customer Service Representative (German/English) – 100% Remote

About the role

Join a dynamic team providing multilingual support to a diverse customer base. As a Customer Service Representative you will work 100% from home, handling inquiries in German and English via phone, chat, and email.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email in both German and English.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and deliver quick, effective resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand needs and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback to refine processes and service quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
