About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to manage purchase orders and ensure smooth logistics operations in Mégrine, Tunisia. You will act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery confirmations, and any changes that may arise.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and manage purchase orders in the system.
- Confirm deliveries and communicate order changes, delays, or stock shortages to customers.
- Resolve order‑related inquiries and provide high‑quality customer service.
- Control stock levels, especially for high‑turnover items, and conduct daily reviews of incoming products.
- Monitor daily orders to detect potential delays or issues and manage incidents.
- Request special‑order products from the purchasing department.
- Support the sales team and record invoices in the CRM.
Required profile
- Studies in International Trade.
- At least 1 year of experience in international logistics or imports.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Intermediate to advanced spoken and written English.
Required skills
- CRM usage for invoice entry.
