Customer Service Associate – German Speaker

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual German‑English Customer Service Associate to join its global operations team. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, live chat, and email, delivering professional and empathetic support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance to customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Accurately resolve inquiries and document each interaction.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and empathy in every communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or help‑desk roles.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar customer‑service platforms (preferred).
