Customer Quality Engineer – Sousse

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to join our industrial site in Sousse, Tunisia. The role serves as the primary quality liaison with our automotive customers, ensuring that complaints are resolved efficiently and that quality performance aligns with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main quality point of contact for customers.
• Manage customer complaints and lead 8D problem‑solving investigations.
• Track and report customer quality KPIs such as PPM, response time and recurrence rate.
• Prepare and lead customer quality audits and review meetings.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions based on customer feedback.
• Coordinate cross‑functional issues with Production and Supplier Quality teams.

Required profile

• Experience handling customer complaints in an industrial or automotive environment.
• Proven ability to lead 8D problem‑solving processes.
• Familiarity with quality KPI measurement and reporting.
• Capability to conduct and present quality audits.
• Strong collaboration skills with production and supplier quality functions.
